We ship exclusively within the European Union using trusted carriers.
Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and process your order before it ships. If your order is placed and paid for before 11:00 AM (German time), we can usually get started on it the same day. Orders coming in after 11:00 AM will be picked up the next business day, which may push your delivery date back slightly. And if you order after 11:00 AM on a Friday, we won't be able to start processing until Monday or Tuesday — so please plan for a bit of extra time over the weekend.

Notice on Delivery Destinations & Perfume Shipments:
Due to international transport safety regulations, alcohol-based perfumes are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be transported via air freight. For this reason, we strictly ship via road freight and cannot deliver to island territories (including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madeira, Azores, Cyprus, or other offshore territories). Orders placed with an air-only island delivery address will unfortunately be canceled and fully refunded.
Delivery Delays and Shipment Tracking Reviews
Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance purposes only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as transportation interruptions, customs clearance processes, carrier operations, or other supply chain factors.
In cases where a parcel appears to be delayed, we may request additional information from the shipping provider or initiate a carrier review to determine the current status of the shipment.
Any request for a refund, replacement, or further resolution may be assessed once sufficient information has been obtained from the carrier, where such an approach is permitted under applicable regulations.

To ensure a successful delivery, please keep the following in mind:
Name Visibility: Ensure your full name is clearly visible on your mailbox and doorbell.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held liable for shipments that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or failure to collect from a pickup point), original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the actual cost of return shipping charged by the carrier will be deducted from any refund or billed for reshipment.
