We ship exclusively within the European Union using trusted carriers.
Holiday Notice: Due to our holiday period, we are temporarily not accepting orders outside Germany until September 15th. Orders within Germany continue as usual.
Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and process your order before it ships. If your order is placed and paid for before 11:00 AM (German time), we can usually get started on it the same day. Orders coming in after 11:00 AM will be picked up the next business day, which may push your delivery date back slightly. And if you order after 11:00 AM on a Friday, we won't be able to start processing until Monday or Tuesday — so please plan for a bit of extra time over the weekend.

Notice on Delivery Destinations & Perfume Shipments:
Due to international transport safety regulations, alcohol-based perfumes are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be transported via air freight. For this reason, we strictly ship via road freight and cannot deliver to island territories (including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madeira, Azores, Cyprus, or other offshore territories). Orders placed with an air-only island delivery address will unfortunately be canceled and fully refunded.
🚚 Shipping Options
We offer two distinct shipping methods to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping: Affordable and reliable. This method uses internal tracking, which means detailed location data is accessible only to the courier. If your order has not arrived by the maximum expected delivery date, please contact us; we will open a formal investigation with the carrier to provide you with an update.
Express Shipping: The fastest way to receive your samples. This option includes full end-to-end tracking, allowing you to monitor real-time updates through a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
We only deliver to residential addresses. Shipments to Packstations or Packfiliale are not available.

Each sample is carefully hand-decanted into sterile containers and secured in sturdy, protective shipping boxes. We ensure your delivery arrives safely and discreetly, maintaining the integrity of the fragrance during transit.
⚠️ Important Delivery Information
To ensure a successful delivery, please keep the following in mind:
Name Visibility: Ensure your full name is clearly visible on your mailbox and doorbell.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held liable for shipments that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or failure to collect from a pickup point), original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the actual cost of return shipping charged by the carrier will be deducted from any refund or billed for reshipment.
