Returns and Refunds
At Arometry.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer an easy returns and refund policy, in line with EU and German regulations.
Return Eligibility
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason, under the EU Consumer Protection Law.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unopened and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
You must provide a proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info (at) arometry (.) com .
We will arrange for a resolution, which may include sending you a replacement, issuing a refund, or other solutions, in compliance with German warranty laws.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you may cancel your purchase for any reason and return the item, provided it is in the same condition you received it.
Condition for Return: The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all tags.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
If you exercise your right to return an item under the EU cooling-off period, we will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
We will notify you via email once the return has been processed and approved.
Refund Processing: The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. However, we may delay the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of returning them.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Important Information Regarding Returns
Returns outside the cooling-off period: Returns are only accepted for items that are unopened and unused.
Cost of Return: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way, as per the EU and German Consumer Protection Laws.
