Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the form below.
After submission, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Your request will then be processed without undue delay.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will receive separate instructions regarding the return of the goods.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered).
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Return of goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
Important information
Due to the nature of our products, items that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, where legally applicable.
Our products are intended for evaluation purposes only and not for cosmetic use.
