Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU Consumer Law Compliance)
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
For orders involving multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last item.
2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., email or postal letter). The use of the model withdrawal form is optional.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that your communication is sent before the 14-day period expires.
3. Effects of Withdrawal (Refunds)
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you will be reimbursed, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
4. Return of Goods
You are required to send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you communicate your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless otherwise agreed, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, including:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Application to Aroma Evaluation Products
Products supplied by Arometry are intended exclusively for olfactory evaluation and are delivered in sealed, tamper-evident packaging to ensure product integrity, safety, and stability.
The right of withdrawal is excluded if any protective seal, shrink wrap, or tamper-evident closure has been removed or broken after delivery.
Only goods returned in their original, unopened, and fully sealed condition are eligible for withdrawal and refund processing.
6. Model Withdrawal Form (Annex I, Directive 2011/83/EU)
This form may be used if you wish to withdraw from the contract, but it is not mandatory.
