What is a scent sample?

A scent sample is a measured amount, a precise quantity, of fragrance taken out of an original full bottle. In this manner, you are able to smell the fragrance without proceeding to buy a full bottle. We use sterile, accurate equipment in the process to make the fragrance as close to original as possible.
Scent samples are perfect for a person who wants to sample a number of fragrances or does not want a large bottle of fragrance. A fragrance enthusiast or a beginner in fragrance, scent samples are a convenient and cost-effective way for you to stock your arsenal with fragrances.

Are these really fragrances?

Yes! All of our fragrance samples are extracted from real, genuine bottles. We take pride in giving only 100% authentic fragrances — no reformulations or imitations whatsoever. We source our fragrances from licensed distributors and good suppliers in order to get the originality and integrity of each scent sample that we deliver.

Why is it labeled "Not for Cosmetic Use"?

According to EU Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, our fragrance samples are intended only for scent testing and should not be thought of as cosmetic products. Though they are true fragrances, they are not permitted to be sold as direct cosmetic use products.
The "Not for Cosmetic Use" wording is a requirement for compliance that ensures safe use of fragrance samples.

Why should I test a scent sample?

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped on the same business day or the next one, Monday through Friday. We strive to have your order reach you as soon as possible, so that you can start enjoying your new fragrances with minimal delay.

How are delivery times and shipping fees determined?

Delivery times and shipping fees are quoted at check-out based on your shipping destination and shipping method you select. We offer multiple shipping methods, standard and expedited shipping, so you can pick whichever is most suitable for you.
You will see the actual shipping fee and delivery time estimate before you complete your purchase.

Are the brand owners involved?

No, we are an independent store and are not formally part of any fragrance brand franchise or endorsed by any of them. We are selling samples of fragrances so people who love fragrance can explore new scents without having to spend money on full bottles.
Brand names are for identification purposes only, so you can easily notice the fragrance you are purchasing. We take pride in offering a well-culled selection of high-quality fragrances from various famous brands.

How do I use my sample?

To get the best experience of your scent sample, follow these simple steps:

Spray onto scent strip (blotter): This allows the fragrance to age properly.
Let it evolve: Fragrances change over time, so let it rest for a few minutes to mature. Watch how the scent goes through the transition from the top notes to the heart notes and finally to the base.
Evaluate: Smell the full depth of the scent to truly feel its layers and nuances.

Safety Precautions:

Accidental eye contact: Rinse eyes at once with large amounts of water.
Store it safely: Keep your scent samples in a cool, dry place, out of sunlight and heat, to preserve the quality of the fragrance.

Additional Information

Can I exchange or return my scent samples?

Due to the nature of our products, scent samples are non-returnable, except in cases allowed under EU law, where returns are possible within 14 days. Returned scent samples must be in their original condition. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. If you do experience an issue with your order (a broken item, say, or one that was not ordered properly), email our customer service team, and we'll work out a resolution.

Do you offer gift cards?
