Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, excluding the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, simply send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you decide to cancel the contract, we will refund all payments made by you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs incurred due to your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive option). This refund will be made without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Please note: The right of withdrawal applies only to goods that have not been opened or used, due to the nature of our products, namely scent samples.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence of their return—whichever comes first.
You are required to return the goods without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Important: Our samples are sold exclusively as collector's items or for olfactory evaluation purposes. They are not intended for cosmetic use.
