Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal (Refunds)

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Important Notice: Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

Application to Our Olfactory Evaluation Samples

Our products consist of aromatic mixtures and fragrance compounds intended exclusively for olfactory evaluation.

To ensure product integrity, safety, and stability, each sample is delivered in sealed packaging with a tamper-evident hygiene seal.

If the hygiene seal, shrink band, or any tamper-evident closure is removed, broken, or damaged after delivery, the product is considered unsealed.

In such cases, the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable EU and German consumer protection law. Only products returned in their original, unopened, and fully sealed condition are eligible for withdrawal.
